We want to set up a program of concrete and friendly actions, and wish to support a meeting of young people from around the world who play rugby in a spirit of friendship, solidarity and tolerance.For the next Rugby Word Cup, which will take place in France in September and October 2007, young planet rugby has initiated a project:
